Gucci.com is the largest luxury brand website in the world with an ability to connect with millennial and Gen-Z consumers. Tacit Knowledge and Gucci started collaborating in 2016, initially enhancing the product merchandizing user experience and more recently launching the exciting new Gucci decor collection.

When Simpson Strong-Tie decided to improve its site, it made the strategic decision to go beyond the bare essentials and invest in a high-end system that would support it now and through future growth. When Simpson Strong-Tie started working with Tacit Knowledge, it had been through a nearly three-year ordeal trying to get its new site up and running. The company knew what it needed, but simply didn’t know how to get to the finish line.
After engaging with Mulberry in 2012, we soon found our common interest and passion for craft. We first implemented SAP Hybris as part of a digital transformation program and have gone on to implement a design led commerce experience, supporting with omni-channel; international growth; and UI enhancements.
