Tacit Knowledge is known as a “safe pair of hands” for delivery of enterprise-scale commerce projects, having worked across all the major commerce platforms since 2002. We operate across retail in both B2C and B2B, both medium to large global brands and retailers who require enterprise-scale systems. Our approach to development and site operations mirrors Silicon Valley technology companies such as Google and Facebook. We don’t just give quality lip service. Our software is self-testing, enabling isolation and remediation defects early when they are cheap to fix. In 2009 we formed a strategic partnership with SAP Commerce (formerly Hybris) and have gone on to become the most experienced and well thought of SAP Customer Experience (CX) focused consulting practices in the world. We have delivered over 100 SAP CX projects for more than 30 customers.
