All of our iteration managers are certified Scrum Masters and experienced project leads, with experience across assorted industry verticals and highly varied project profiles. Our project leaders are accustomed to close collaboration with architects, developers, business analysts, QA engineers, and product managers. We welcome the chance to speak regularly to and directly with project stakeholders and sponsors, and we don't make promises we can't keep.
This discipline is essential to the success of all of our engagements, and we hire accordingly. Tacit Knowledge project managers are highly versed on process, are articulate communicators, and have a knack for keeping the dialogue constructive and finding the right resolution path when issues appear. They are often asked to manage mixed teams that include combinations of in-house, contract, partner, and Tacit Knowledge staff, and they are measured on their ability to turn these disparate elements into productive units. It's not at all unusual for Tacit Knowledge PMs to represent their IT clients with business stakeholders.
