Most systems integrators give lip service to quality and point to a final phase of development where testing is a manual, labor-intensive, and error-prone process. We utilize a tool called Sonar to visually illustrate to our clients the quality of the software we develop, and our quality assurance process is tightly integrated with the development of the solution. All software we produce self-tests; all regression tests are automated; and our software is constantly load tested. Our toolkit has evolved over ten years to handle complex systems with dozens of third-party integrations and large data volumes.
It isn't magic.
It's rigor.
It's easy for internal development teams to get spread too thin or to simply be inexperienced with new or emerging technologies. What begins as a budgeted project with an aggressive timeline frequently devolves into a series of missed milestones, exhausted resources, and disappointed project stakeholders.
Tacit Knowledge excels at both saving projects in distress and helping our clients to sufficiently plan to avoid project delivery disruption. We prefer to collaborate closely with project stakeholders, and in those situations where we don't have responsibility for overall project delivery success, we deploy sufficient strategic and tactical subject matter expertise to substantively enhance the trajectory of the existing in-house team. We have helped organizations to become more transparent through Agile adoption and collaborated side-by-side with delivery teams to enhance their technical acumen, improve their development processes and deliverables, and increase their overall velocity at the same time. Our objective with all of our clients is to earn the right to become trusted advisors and partners
