Congratulations are in order for our partners at SAP Hybris – they’ve once again been recognized by independent analysts for their leading eCommerce technology.

In two recent reports by Forrester Research – “The Forrester Wave™: B2C Commerce Suites, Q1 2017” and “The Forrester Wave™: B2B Commerce Suites, Q1 2017” – SAP Hybris has been named as an industry leader for commerce suite providers. While much of the evaluation criteria is the same across the two reports, the B2C report focuses more on the things that enhance the customer experience, whereas the B2B report dials in on enterprise-focused aspects.

SAP Hybris

The B2C report utilizes a 29-criteria system in evaluating B2C commerce suite providers and based on that criteria, identified the 13 most significant vendors in the industry. And in the B2B report, a 36-criteria system was used to identify the 11 most significant vendors. Both reports use the respective criteria to analyze and score each vendor – showing how each is able to help industry professionals make the most of their ecommerce strategies.

“SAP Hybris has been named as an industry leader for commerce suite providers.” The reports note that “SAP Hybris continues to be a favorite because of its stability, large global implementation partner network, and vertical industry solution focus.”
